Finally, this multivitamin includes an extra Beauty Blend, while our Whole Food Multivitamins include extra blends for Energy, Heart, Brain, Eye, and Digestive Health. This multivitamin may be taken by men, but it includes iron, which men may not need.
We suggest taking one capsule with breakfast and one with lunch. Spreading out the dose over the course of the day will make it easier for your body to absorb all the nutrients. Taking your multivitamin with food also supports absorption and tends to make it easier on the stomach.
