So nice after much research, particularly with a family member diagnosed with a MTHFR Gene Mutation, to find a multivitamin supplement that contains bioavailable forms, meaning the body does not have to convert them in order for them to be absorbed and useable.

Not everyone’s body metabolizes the same way (i.e. converting folic acid to it’s reduced form, methylfolate), in which case the supplements are simply eliminated from the body and “passing through” without benefit.

I like that they list where they vitamins and minerals are coming from such as Sunflowers or Algae and the amounts of the daily recommended allowance are reasonable because of that. I am always leary when a multivitamin has 4000% of the recommended allowance which usually means a man made supplement and the price is very reasonable.
