I think this is an excellent multivitamin and is definitely much better than the cheap, synthetic vitamins that are commonly found on Amazon. This formula is made with real vitamins and minerals extracted from whole foods and also contains enzymes and probiotics to help with absorption. And my favorite part is the ORGANIC blend of fruits and vegetables including organic pomegranate, organic kale, organic spinach, organic carrot, organic blueberry, organic raspberry, etc.

I feel like taking these capsules gives me the same benefits as eating several fruits and vegetables a day, which is hard to do with my busy schedule. The pills are easy to swallow, veggie caps. The directions say to take 4 a day, so I take two in the morning and two at night. No problems, thus far.
